Description

PET sound insulation board is made of 100% polyester fiber and processed by needle punching processing. Field cutting and fabrication of panels

Any panel can be cut or adjusted in the field. This allows the site to adjust or adapt to obstacles such as fire alarm boxes or electrical boxes. When cutting or drilling, make sure to use sharp tools to avoid overheating of the material. Multifunctional knives with new blades can also be used.

The texture of the panel is similar to MDF. Panels can be cut using the following materials:

Handsaw

Use a fine tooth blade. Hold the blade at a low angle. Cut slowly with neat and even strokes.

Table saw or circular saw

Pass the panel through the saw with even pressure. Do not press hard on the panel at any time. Use a fine tooth blade with more than 80 teeth. If multiple panels are to be cut continuously, carbide inserts are recommended.

Jig saw

If adjustable, use slower speed and steady motion. Select a fine toothed blade suitable for finishing wood and plastic and using a template cut. Be careful not to overheat the area with any blades.
